CLARIFICATION TEXT
This information text has been prepared by FYI OFFICE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD. (“FYI”) as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communique on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Enlighten.
HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
Processing of the Data You Provided via the Application Form
Your personal data, including your identity (name, surname), contact information (email address, phone number), company name, location preference, service information you are looking for, the number of people in your team, and optionally the company name and any additional information you provided, will be processed automatically based on the legal grounds of "it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract" and "it is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not overridden," as regulated in Article 5/2 of the Law. This data will be retained and shared with our supplier for the purpose of carrying out communication activities.
Processing of Your Personal Data within the Scope of Communication Activities
Your contact data (mobile phone number, email address) provided through the Contact Us form will be processed for the purposes of keeping you informed of our developments, contacting you, carrying out communication activities, and conducting marketing processes for products/services. This data will continue to be processed until you exercise your right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages. Your consent to send commercial electronic messages will be considered as your explicit consent that can be withdrawn at any time without any limitation, as defined in the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Law.
TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data shared with us by filling out the Contact Us Form is transferred to our suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of fulfilling the processing purposes stated in this Information Text.
By selecting the "BESPOKE" option in the Application Form, the personal data you share with us will be transferred to our solution partners, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations, who carry out Company Establishment and E-Transformation Solutions activities, for the sole purpose of fulfilling the processing purposes stated in this Information Text.
EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS AS THE DATA SUBJECT
As the data subject, you have the right to apply to FYI at any time to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about whether your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of your personal data in case it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
- Request notifying the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred about the processes of correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you by means of analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for the damages you have suffered due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, to FYI, which is the data controller, in accordance with the Information on Application Procedure and Principles to the Data Controller provided below.
